OVERVIEW:

Wildara is providing client-side project management services on behalf of Bright & Duggan Strata for the remedial works contract at 304 Wharf Road Newcastle.

The property which was constructed around 2002 comprises two residential flat buildings constructed over a single level basement car park, with the east building containing 20 lots over four storeys while the west building contains 23 lots over five storeys.

The purpose of the project is to rectify water leaks and non-compliances through undertaking extensive remedial works to the building’s façade, windows, doors and internally within the apartments.

Wildara is responsible for contracts administration, financial and program management, undertaking regular works inspections and monthly reporting to the client.
